1.1 Information You Provide Directly

Subscription Information: When you subscribe to our Services, we collect your name and email address.

Payment Information: When you subscribe to our Services ($29/4 weeks or $189/year), our third-party payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment card details and other necessary billing information. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

Spam Call Reports: We collect information about spam calls you submit, including phone numbers, caller information, call details, and any other content you provide when reporting spam calls ("Your Reports").

Communications: We collect information when you contact us directly, such as through customer support inquiries, feedback submissions, or email correspondence.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Services, such as the features you use, the pages you visit, the time and date of your access, and your reporting activity.

Device Information: We collect information about the device you use to access the Services, including the device type, operating system, browser type, unique device identifiers, and IP address.

Log Data: Our servers automatically record information ("Log Data") created by your use of the Services. Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, the referring web page, pages visited, location, your mobile carrier, device and application IDs, and search terms.

1.3 Information from Third Parties

Stripe: We receive information from Stripe related to your payment transactions, such as transaction IDs, payment status, and limited payment card information (e.g., the last four digits of your card number).

Subprocessors: We may receive information from our subprocessors, as detailed in our Subprocessors List. This information is used to provide and improve the Services.

Other third-party services: We may also receive information about users from third-party services; this information is used to provide and improve the Services.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for various purposes, including:

To Provide and Maintain the Services: We use your information to operate, maintain, and provide you with the features and functionality of the Services, including processing spam call reports and pursuing legal action against spammers.

To Process Payments: We use Stripe to process your subscription payments.

To Take Legal Action: We use the spam call reports you submit to pursue legal remedies against spammers and robocallers on your behalf, including filing complaints, cease and desist letters, and legal proceedings.

To Improve the Services: We use your information to understand how users interact with the Services, identify areas for improvement, develop new features, and enhance the overall user experience. This includes using anonymized and aggregated data to improve our spam detection and legal action strategies.

To Communicate with You: We use your information to send you service-related communications, such as subscription updates, security alerts, legal action updates, and customer support responses. We may also send you promotional emails about new features or offerings, but you can opt out of these communications.

To Enforce Our Terms: We use your information to enforce our Terms of Service and other policies, investigate potential violations, and protect the rights, property, and safety of Hush Calls and our users.

For Legal Compliance: We may use your information to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or governmental requests.

For Legal Action: We may share your spam call reports and related information with legal counsel, regulatory agencies, courts, and other parties as necessary to pursue legal action against spammers and robocallers on your behalf.

We may also disclose your information if we believe it is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Hush Calls, our users, or others.

In Connection with a Business Transaction: If Hush Calls is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other business transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email and/or a prominent notice on our website of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information.

Opt-Out of Marketing Communications: You can opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in those emails.

Do Not Track: Our services do not respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Our Services are not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
